Design & Installation new office layouts in Cork, Limerick & Kilkenny.
                       
During the transfer of Personnel to their new HQ at Spencer Dock this year, PWC engaged Setanta to manage the transfer of office furniture and fittings from their existing 3 locations in Dublin, to their Cork, Limerick, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford offices. We designed new office layouts for Cork, Limerick & Kilkenny; negotiated costs & hired contractors; co-ordinated all transfers, installation & decoration, data & electric works; project completed to agreed timetable.

Project delegated by PWC to John Mc Gann, reporting to their Facilities Division.

Relocation of 470 Personnel from 3 Dublin City Centre locations.

Iarnrod Eireann contracted Setanta to Project Manage the transfer to their new Inchicore Facility of their personnel located in 3 separate buildings. Setanta set-up a Co-ordination Team manned by personnel from Iarnrod Eireann, managed the Team to communicate & organise their Departments, to implement Trade Union requirements, and to complete the Project on time. Setanta, operating within Iarnrod Eireann Procedures & Union Labour Agreements, developed the Project Costs, completed Tendering process with Purchasing Department, recruited & supervised Contractors and delivered Project on time below costs.
