The company were developing from a traditional hierarchical organisation to one in which employees would be empowered to become more involved in the operational running of the company (Self Directed Work Teams) in their Carlow Facility.

We supplied change management expertise. Part of our consultant’s role was to guide and advise managers and service personnel on their changing roles as the organisation moved forward. Overall we advised management on any potential blockages etc. that could arise during the process.

In the company’s Newbridge Plant our consultant supplied a coaching and mentoring service to operational managers and team leaders during a period of organisational change.


Esat was a fast growing company within the telecom sector. This growth challenged the Company’s ability to get the right people into the right positions, retaining them within the company while striving to deliver services to customer’s expectations.

Our consultants were engaged in identifying the difficulties, designing interventions and putting in place processes to address these problems.

Our consultants project managed these key processes using cross-company task forces to help design and implement solutions.
