John Mc Gann     Dip.Eng. B.Sc.Eng. M.I.E.I.

John qualified as a Mechanical Engineer. He worked in Manufacturing Industry with experience of the Fabrication, Pharmaceutical, Food & Drinks Sectors.

He worked with Packard Electric Europe in the Automotive Industry with Engineering responsibility in Ireland & the UK.

With his colleagues, John founded Setanta in 1993. He has successfully completed Projects for Client Companies in the Private, Public & Multi National sectors.

Frank Mc Court

Frank worked in the areas of Human Resources, Operational and General Management for many years with the General Motors Group, Sullivan Bluth and Warner Brothers in the USA. During this time Frank developed and implemented Employee Involvement and Continuous Improvement Programmes in Ireland, Portugal and the USA.

For the last 12 years Frank has provided consultancy services to a number of companies undertaking orgaisational change.

Frank has completed projects with Cahill May Roberts, CERT, Esat Telecom, Dublin Port and Braun OralB. Projects have ranged from providing Management support & advice to full Project Management responsibility, including Employee and Trade Union discussions and negotiation of conditions of employment and work practice changes.

Eamon Butler Manning BSc (Comp. Sc.)

Eamon holds qualifications in mechanical engineering and computer science. He has worked in Quality and Reliability Management for twenty five years and in Information Technology for a period of five years and has been located in Ireland, the UK and Germany.
